CWO4 Terrence Clark looks like she really dropped the ball on this one. She could have at least given a basic answer and include some statement about transgender.

She will be confirmed. We r in a time where lying is replaced with refusals to answer questions. Will she be a just and fair Supreme Court justice? We will not know until she sits on the Supreme Court. Amazing you will be denied enlistment in the military for avoiding questions but allowed a seat on the Supreme Court.

My main concern is her leniency on pediphiles. There is no place in free society for a person who exploits children for sexual gratification.
