The sentence was a compromise based on article contents. The defense lawyer wanted probation. The prosecution wanted 18 months imprisonment.

MSgt Robert "Rock" Aldi I would laugh of those capital police got arrested for felony assault/ breaking and entering in a local jurisdiction because the local mayor despises them...
