Depends if soldiers want to follow all that is implied in the manual. There are those that believe in being shady over professional.

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth Truth! I think that's been the downfall of my beloved Air Force the past decade. I know the new CMSAF is trying to do what he can be eliminating EPRs for E1-E3 & reducting bulletpoints to 12 from 25. But nothing will truly occur unless the CSAF can get the toxic management (cuz they aren't leaders) under control & eliminated.
