Footage of mysterious object above ocean stuns military personnel

I hope this is a drone of ours. But, there are reports and interviews from people around the world that makes me think it can not all be American Top Secret stuff.
If it is not ours, shouldn't we blast it from the sky for not asking permission to be in our airspace? Also, if anything is kidnapping folks without individual permission, I think a good arse whooping is in order.
