I bet all plants on Earth are cheering. Seriously, the claim that "15 million years ago, atmospheric CO2 levels in the range of 400-500 parts per million produced Antarctic melt resulting in substantial sea level rise" is just not true. The temperature rose, followed by a rise in CO2. Temperature rise produced Antarctic melt, not CO2. They have inverted the timeline in order to invert cause and effect.
