It maybe able to help with some factors but the article said that no close studies have been made. Since PTSD can be triggered with the slightest thing, maybe the pot helps with lowering stress levels? I have a few friends who suffer from depression and anxiety; they smoke. I've noticed they aren't as moody or on edge as much; actually able to put on a smile and go with the flow of things.

I don't think it would hurt. There are varying degrees from say psychedelic to sub par and a decent potency that would be more favorable. People either have there own supply chain or seek it on the street and neither way excludes trouble, however there is a big risk for people. It's not addictive they say however long term habitual users will depend more on it which I would worry takes away from the self, non-dependency. I like to think of the Arnold clip and how he was seen smoking and bodybuilding. I thing it helps people with there working out and potential diets and as a coping mechanism. Though, there is downfall to the diet and people I think get dehydrated. I think it's worth being more acceptable. I don't think it's worth the hype. Contradicting that, I think when certain people says it helps them, than it's probably true.
