This program was on life support. The healthy population was not buying into it and the insurance companies were bailing left and right. There is plenty of blame to go around. If you are looking to Washington DC for leadership do not hold your breath.

SSG Hartsfield,
I it is barely a month and we all want President Trump to change things. We should give him a little more time to get it right. I myself a black man did not like about 80% of the things president Obama did, but I did support him as being America's president. I think we all need to put our support behind President Trump, because his success is going to be our success.

What we had before Obamacare was better than what we have now. Of course the Insurance lobby is going to resist change because it drove out competition and is a cash cow for those that remain.

SSG Michael Hartsfield - Poor young people that couldn't it weren't penalized... And it wasn't another tax on the Middle Class. Also those that had healthcare got more coverage for less money.

Capt Jeff S. - my biggest problem with the affordable care act was that it wasn't affordable at all! For example, my son, single parent of 3 little kids (all under 6) mom left, he works 2 jobs to make ends meet, can't afford the premiums, can't afford the penalties levied on him due to the fact that he can't afford the premiums. Now he is 27, we can't cover him with our insurance either! What does the government say to him- too bad so sad, but hey, government is exempt from the same program that they are pushing on the American citizens! I call B.S.
