That was a good episode, Cpl Scott McCarroll. Ant is OK, but I miss Ed. I can't believe Velocity broke the band up. The third wing gave them another 60 pounds of downforce. And it actually looked pretty good when he was done.

TSgt David L. if you go to UTube and search Wheeler Dealers there is a clip from Ed about what happened, and for the life of me I can't remember the designer who came on the show and talked about how the car had originally had that second wing, but it had been taken out without even testing it before removing it, do you remember his name I mean his list of accolades, was awesome.

Cpl Scott McCarroll - No, I don't. The chief designer though. He had a few cars to his credit if I remember right.

Fast, small cars are neat - especially AWD. Now that Ford is axing all its cars other than the Mustang and Focus Active, I guess the Ford Focus RS (which seems to be a soft of distant descendant of the Ford of Europe Escort RS) is going away as well. Mitsubishi have given up on their Evo, so that leaves the Subaru WRX and maybe the (pricey) BMW M240i xDrive.

If rallying were to catch on the US, perhaps we'd see more of these kinds of cars.
