When it comes to national security, no one should be above the law.

If anyone is trying to relate this to Hillary Clinton's actions, they are not even close.

From the article:
Those classified documents, including other highly sensitive documents classified at the secret level, were downloaded onto a compact disc labeled “My Secret TACAMO Stuff.” He later unlawfully stored the compact disc in a house he owned in Liverpool.

This guy knew exactly what he was doing.

HRC was in charge of the State Dept and the security of that organization. She ran a server for her email and put classified on it? Also violated the records retention laws??? This article is about someone who willfully mishandled classified. Same to me.

I do believe the IG report says HRC’s computer was compromised by foreign entities. Classified material ended up on Antony Weiners computer. Good grief. HRC and her crew didn’t even pretend they knew what they were doing, they just did it and didn’t give a fart in and out House..

Gentlemen
This argument has been going on for a couple of years now. Even the DOJ IG report came to the conclusion that no prosecution was warranted.
It's time to let it go. I am aware of all the hatred for HRC out there, but she will not be prosecuted for this.
