Former Ferrari salesman alleges odometer rollbacks

So, not that I will ever have to worry about this, as I will more than likely never be the owner of a Ferrari, but it makes you wonder...if Ferrari was in fact doing this, and had an actual device to do so, how many other cars, of different makes, have had this done and how many people have been duped?
