I think that he has been punished enough. And why in the world would you want to video tape something like this. You have to know eventually someone would find out the incident and then they would find out about the video tape. Bad deal all the way around.

His career was ruined by a general on a mission to get a conviction regardless of the facts and his influence. They may have indeed warranted punishment but crushing them for slaying bad guys and peeing on them seemed a bit much. The lesson that should have been know by all but is more clearly known is keep your camera in your pocket. Considering all that goes on in a warzone, that was pretty tame. The issue was the video tape made a weak commandant of the MC uneasy.
