Either make everyone sign up for Selective Service at 18 or get rid of it. But let's be real, if we get to the point that our volunteer military can't sustain a war or conflict, and we need a draft, we're fucked. It's really that simple.

Also - people can get waivered from the draft too. We already have seen it before. So I'm not sure why we keep any type of a draft around.
