Former Official: Navy Fitness Standards Must Change

This is one of the reasons why we created Fire Team Whiskey. It is a National shame that not only our Military Service Members in Uniform cannot meet minimal fitness and health standards, but our young people who would be enlisting in the military to serve their country are too overweight and unfit to serve! We created our Military fitness and nutrition protocols to help service members and future service members get fit and healthy and not only meet military standards but to crush them!
