Is this One that happened a couple of weeks ago or another new murder...

PFC Jim Mills - Its doesn't matter. Sadly, it's not the people off post or the public committing the offenses. This was a fellow soldier that would be allowed on a closed post. Similarly, Nasan that killed the soldiers on fort hood was a fellow soldier that would be allowed on closed post. I don't any significant evidence that open posts pose a greater to servicemembers.

SFC Michael Jackson, MBA - I guess my thoughts on closed posts are in that it should be reserved for card holders and yes I know that these guys were active duty. I do believe with open posts you have any body coming and going disrupting the fabric of discipline and bringing criminal acts or disruptive to soldiers daily lives
