Four Catalan separatists to stay in jail

I'd seen other things on here about tharpt, I did find the topic of interest. I kind of had a feeling Spain wouldn't bee too thrilled with that whole independence thing, obviously. I suppose, purely from an intellectual standpoint, of course, it'd be rather like one of the Eastern or Western seaboard states trying to secede. I suppose the closest analogy here I can think of might be the whole Quebec French language thing in Canada, thats the closest analogy I can think of at the moment, or the whole conquest of Tibet by China, also, that also just occurred to me as well, there are probably other examples one could cite, of coursrpe, many thanks.
