1stSgt Nelson Kerr - they have a worse anti semitism rate within their cities that have a higher recruitment rate of violent extremist and recruitment because France is just doesn't have that type of sense of citenzenry and indoctrination when it comes to immigrating people. I have visited Cannes and have seen some of the neighborhoods and the Muslim population is very segregated in terms of the community is set themselves apart from the rest of the French population.
