Perhaps we should have listen to Franklin ourselves before we designed the "patriot act". Panic does not encourage good judgement.
MSgt Kurt S. you hit it on the head, who gets to decide what is radical, for me it might be folks like Pat Robersison for others someone else. It s best if no one gets to make that legal call.

That is how a democracy is supposed to work we agree on some things and fight over other things and messI'll work out something we both can live with. Democracy is like a basket of puppies messy as he'll but worth the effort.

We are never "safe" as we would like to believe. Accept it and the fact that everyone dies. In the case of these idiots, I'd rather they went first, but I'm not willing to let them dictate how I live.
