I thought a stand down would help, instead only shots for my cat, which was awesome. By the end of the day, only frustration, mostly promises.

Give an Hour is a private org- not affiliated with other services out there like the VA. I work with other resources too and you are right many of them sell you gold when it's really crap they are delivering. (even with the best intentions).
