Not surprising CPT (Join to see) that Yousef Muhammed Yaaqoub was not rehabilitated in GITMO. Since the Obama administration plans to close the GITMO facility I expect many more terrorists will be released to kill again.

CPT (Join to see) - as of January 1, 2015 of the 647 detainees "transferred" from Guantanamo 116 (or 17.9 percent) were confirmed to have reengaged in terrorist or insurgent activities and another 69 (or 10.7 percent) were suspected of having reengaged. The number is higher. I will not be able to comment on if or how many could have been turned for various reasons.

Unfortunately there have been far too many prisoners transferred to other countries only to become leaders and celebrities among the terrorists. One released terrorist who kills again would be too much but...
