The last political season, like the ones before it, was full of all sorts of rhetoric — both positive and negative. But, the greatest problem (in our opinion) is when the term “Christian Values” is invoked… often in un-Christian ways, or, regarding non-Christian politicians. Perhaps we should focus exclusively on the call of the Lord to proclaim His gospel message and sail FULL SPEED AHEAD!

Political correctness does not belong in the military in any form. The military is a fighting force and the only emphasis should be on readiness, discipline, and honor. As a veteran I have found that the more the civilians meddle in military affairs, the less it is ready to fight for us. The civilians should stay in their plush offices and let the military do what they are trained to do.
