I have a problem with gangs in the nation's capital. In most countries the nation's capital is a show case of the best they can do. We now have MS-13 in Wash DC. Not the image of USA I want the world to see. Surely there is some reason they can be arrested?

This is where the teachers union should be trying to take a stand and force the politicians to take action. Sadly helping kids doesn't get teachers or unions more money so I am sure they will take a pass. It sounds like we could use a national law that would criminalize gang recruiting, and we need to enforce that law in our schools.
