Gen. McChrystal is right — in fact, Russian leaders think they already are at war

Everyday! Getting ready for the next conflict!

As the politicians continue their soft wars of ideology the military continually prepares and adjusts should politics fail. All military leaders worthy of their stars stay in a mission-ready mindset to provide those same politicians with the strategic options and advise they hopefully never need. Unfortunately, we are always at war.

The website shut me out. But before it did, I read enough of the article to confidently disregard it. Russia thinks the west is so good at inducing regime change in other countries that we can do it at will? Seriously?
