Georgia County Can't Find Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots

No, this isn't necessarily evidence of election fraud. Maybe it's simple incompetence. At this point, what does it really matter? (Forgive me. I simply can't help myself quoting Hillary.) If there is not "Chain of Custody" record, the ballots are null and void.
