They do violence all the time at their "peace" rallies, calling it civil disobedience. So yes, I agree, they would risk jail.

Cpl (Join to see) - It seems that people don't understand the concept of "civil disobedience". It doesn't mean you break one law to protest another. It is the breaking of the law that is being disputed. It also carries the risk of being punished for breaking that law.

For an incident like this maybe he should be arrested/charged with endangerment and lose his teaching license

I think he might have just committed a felony. If so, he will not have to worry about carrying a weapon, if convicted. You are probably right, this is some progressive douchebaggery trying to shut down the arming teachers talk.
