I saw this, this morning while drinking my coffee. To say it piss's me off would be an understatement. I have a hatred for HOA's to begin with but once again some HOA has decided the American Flag cant be flown. I have little doubt should someone do the digging they would find some PC snowflake at the end of this BS.
Past cases have been resolved by pointing out if Burning the flag is freedom of speech then flying it proudly is also and no HOA can violate someone constitutional rights.

While I can sympathize with those wanting to display the flag, once you enter into a homeowners agreement, you have to live by the rules.

Both of these individuals have lived in this HOA for years this is a new interpretation of the rules.
