Getting a Veteran ID Card from the VA, State Agencies or DoD

This post isn't very clear. But it's link to the VA report states the VIC (Veterans ID Card) will be supplemented by another card for identification purposes. I think yours, like mine, is for VA medical treatment. Of course it serves as a photo ID, too. This new one just ID's a legit vet w/o any regard to the medical system.
