I live in Houston, and I don't even go in that area because of the drug trafficking.

They talked to a neighbor that said it was a good neighborhood, and that the people there look out for each other. Now for the bad news. If you are truly looking out for each other, there is no way you did not know that this area was being taken over by drug dealers. That is the communities fault! If the community keeps looking the other way, and not reporting suspicious activity to the police, this is what happens. Good people get shot. If you see something people, report it. Report it again, and sooner or later it is not in the interest of the drug dealers to stay in your area.
