God Hears the Prayers of His People

I didn't have time to comment fully earlier but here goes. AMEN was enough because God hears the cries and prayers of His children and answers them all. It may not be the answer we want to hear but if we seek Him earnestly in prayer and petition with a humble heart He will answer us. God is never late...always on time but never late. People say there are unanswered prayers but if I am honest with myself there were none in my life. I have prayed for things to go a certain way...when they didn't I was upset and thought at the time I guess God didn't answer them. However, looking back I see where if He would have granted my selfish request, I wouldn't have taken the path or paths that have led me to where I am in my life and walk as of now. He knew what was best for me and my walk to make me the person I am today. Even when we are too stressed to pray or sick or whatever, the Holy Spirit lifts up our heart to God. Prayer isn't one way!!! God knows what we are about to say bfore we even utter or think it...prayer to God is about obedience to Him and having the faith that He can accomplish anything. Prayer gives me peace...especialy when I turn things over to God and am in fellowship with Him.

Thanks for sharing Capt Dwayne Conyers God certainly knows our thoughts, desires and fears. HE loves for us to share with HIM what is going on in our lives because fellowship is important to HIM.
