Biden probably has cue cards designated for each reporter . The reporter probably will have questions feed to them by the White House staff. I remember the loose leaf folder Biden had with the picture of the reporter and the order they were to be called in. This is ridiculous!

PO3 Phyllis Maynard - No, you didn’t miss anything ma’am pertaining to protocols for taking questions. We have the history of my adult life going back to the 70’s where presidents have very liberally answered questions from all commers of the press, and now we have President Biden. They, the press, typically doesn’t show shots of live interviews with President Biden because it is so obviously scripted; at least that’s why I believe they don’t show much pertaining interviews for the President.
