Very interesting study here. I would consider any interview as a great way to read into the personality of a future boss. Even the smallest gesture in a 30 min conversation can speak volumes about what you can expect from a supervisor.

If they paid me enough, I stayed until something better came along or one of us moved on to another position. That was in private industry, it was the same in the Navy, with the exception of the high pay being a consideration. And when I retired the second time I was in excellent health, still am for my age.
