Google in key 'right to be forgotten' case

I don't think its as simple as the article implies. Though search engines have the ability to remove search results, web developers can also block those search engines' bots and indexing. Also, privacy has become a paid feature within the last few decades for reasons because of tech and other legal reasons. This case looks to be mostly about the clashing of legal stances between organizations based in different countries/cultures while security and privacy are finally being prioritized more. What say you?
