Somewhere along the way, a good portion of our country forgot how to laugh...

No kidding!!! The great British courtier, wit and general observer of the human condition Sir John Harington (baptized 4 August 1560 – died 20 November 1612), once observed "Treason doth never prosper. What's the reason? Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason." I guess he had a crystal ball to see the future how else would he know about the Clintons? They sure prospered off treason!!! By the way how much did the Clinton Foundation make from the sale from the Uranium One sale of 20% of America’s uranium supply, the $14,000,000 that Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton received advance that she received for her book “Hard Choices” Which she now says she cannot remember anything about back home we call that “Chicago Amnesia”! Does anyone really need an explanation for that one and the $15,000,000 that William Jefferson “Bubba” Clinton for his book “My Life,” besides $500,000 speaking honorarium William Jefferson “Bubba” Clinton received for speaking in Moscow. William Jefferson “Bubba” Clinton was a draft dodger until he was pardoned on his second day by President James Earl “The Big Peanut” Carter. I enlisted in the United Sates Army when I was seventeen years old. When I was eighteen years old I deployed to the Republic of Vietnam with the First Air Cavalry Division. By the time I was nineteen years old I had been awarded the Combat Infantry Badge and the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster (Second Award) and I I also have all sorts of what I so mockingly refer to as Cub Scout merit badges and I was there medals. I knew I could never risk having children of my own because of exposure to the “Rainbow Herbicides” there were eight of them to people who never had the chance to visit the tropical paradise of Vietnam they are referred to as “Agent Orange”. By the way you dumb civilians can still buy it as “Round Up”! I remember the fun and games called “the Gulf of Tonkin Incident” like it was yesterday and the way Libertards freak out when Trump says he doesn’t trust the intelligence community. Well kids at the cost of 58,220 American lives and untold treasure it never happened!! Among the most revealing documents is a study of the Gulf of Tonkin incidents by NSA historian Robert J. Hanyok. Titled "Skunks, Bogies, Silent Hounds, and the Flying Fish: The Gulf of Tonkin Mystery, 2-4 August 1964," it had been published in the classified Cryptological Quarterly in early 2001. Hanyok conducted a comprehensive analysis of SIGINT records from the nights of the attacks and concluded that there was indeed an attack on 2 August but the attack on the 4th did not occur, despite claims to the contrary by President Johnson and Secretary McNamara. According to John Prados of the independent National Security Archive, Hanyok asserted that faulty signals intelligence became "vital evidence of a second attack and [Johnson and McNamara] used this claim to support retaliatory air strikes and to buttress the administration's request for a Congressional resolution that would give the White House freedom of action in Vietnam.

I agree she probably did chuckle, but still, this guy will never make it as a comedian. Probably why he's a politician.

Some of the best politicians I have ever known were astute in their use of humor. Presidents Truman and Reagan leap to mind. Oh, and Lincoln. How could I forget President Lincoln. The Union soldiers loved his visits to their campsites when he would regale them with humorous stories.

CPT Jack Durish unfortunately, the current crop of politicians are too full of themselves to be humorous! The crap they come up with may be funny, but they're not!
