So .380, 9mm, .38 are small and .357 is large. .380 and 9mm are .357 inch. .38 special and .357 are both .357 inch. So the .357 should be in the medium category. Seems this study was flawed from the start !

The funny thing is my anecdotal observations show .22 and .32 and .45 cal ammo is more deadly. Of all the gunshots I have personally done or helped with the anesthesia, 100% of the calibers above resulted in death.
Admittedly, and thankfully, I don't have a large database of gunshot wounds to deal with, but that is what my data shows.
Before I would accept the data provided by the post, I want to see the numbers, etc. Otherwise, without knowing how many and what caliber gunshot wounds I have dealt with, the data is useless.
