SSgt Ray Stone - Why don't you try reading something other than left-leaning BS. I have read 4 or 5 other accounts of what happened, most from other police officers. Were there mistakes made...yes. Was it justified....yes. The man was told what to do and if he hisdidn't follow directions he would be shot. He made a move towards his waist, don't care he was pulling up his shorts or was going to scratch his nuts. He was told what to do, he made a move towards waist, he got shot.
