Chicago Cub's player to Old Glory's rescue..
Something that has always been very troubling to me, is anyone burning or otherwise desecrating our flag, especially an American citizen.. I may be just a simple-minded and patriotic fella from Oklahoma, but I would venture to say that most of those who purposely disrespect and destroy our colors, are the ones who are least likely to be able, or even want to comprehend just how good they have it here.

Best play ever - An interesting tidbit - the whole reason we play the national anthem at sporting events is due to the Cubs and Red Sox's third baseman Fred Thomas. Baseball is America's game.
