GOOD. He never should have come up on charges anyway. Can anyone of us say we'd have done different?

I can, PO1 Michael Fullmer!
I seriously doubt that I would have body-slammed anybody enough times to cover 50 meters without getting tired enough to think of some less-exhausting way to move them outside the perimeter...

That kind of echoes my sentiments, 1stSgt (Join to see), but at the same time I understood the Army's need to officially disapprove of his conduct, just as a company commander cannot sanction troops beating a barracks thief even though the first sergeant has made clear his sense that barracks thieves are clumsy and uncoordinated, making them easily fall victim to the Ditch Monster while being escorted to the orderly room.
