Forget Punxsutawney Phil and his six more weeks of winter prediction. When it comes to rodent weathermen I trust the General. Nobody yanks him out of the Ground, he wakes up on his own, and comes out when he's darn well ready. He also has an honorary doctorate from the University of Georgia in “Weather Prognostication” and he has a better record than the folks at the National Weather Service.
