What is a naturalized voter?

Naturalized citizen I can understand, but...

The context of the article equates a naturalized voter to a naturalized citizen. I think Jack asked the right question...how did 95,000 non-citizens get on the voters rolls? I bet California could answer that question.

I wonder if the same things will be said when Europeans overstay their Visa and somehow get on voter roles. Is it discrimination then, or only with persons of a different color skin?

Racism continues to exist, because people continue to make it an issue.

I don't give a damn if their Martians. Voting is the right and obligation of citizens. How does it make any sense/logic to have non-citizens voting in any nation?

CPT Jack Durish - I was mostly alluding to the fact that "The Wall" is racist because it is against "brown people". So if crackdowns on illegal immigration was done on people of lighter skin, would it still be racist?

My wife's uncle overstayed his Visa and was deported back to the Philippines. No one in her family is upset about it, they told him to renew many times.
