Is there a clause in our Laws that punishes accomplices/non-report? I knew the Army does that on Soldiers.

Look what everyone is not seeing is we were not there when she tried to talk her husband out of it. Do we know if she was abused to the point she always looked over her shoulder and even was cautious on the phone in fear her husband was some how recording her? Nope I don't think that's been posted yet or even mentioned, I mean correct me if I am wrong.
