I requested these free materials a few years ago, and they are extremely helpful. As a Master Resilience Trainer, I was excited to have more tools for my toolkit.

DVD incorporates research-based self-regulation techniques and technologies to provide a better understanding of the science of optimal function, managing emotions and building resilience. It is a 4 1/2 — hour presentation that includes practical tools to increase personal resilience, greater mental focus and improve performance and decision-making."
