The VA disability claim system can be a roller coaster ride. The Hadit.com website provided me some valuable information which helped me navigate the claims process. The utmost very importance in the VA disability claim process I learned was documentation. It doesn't matter what a medical provider may have said to you verbally if its not written down it's useless.
Ultimately of course the Doctor C&P exam and evaluation is the key to obtaining the disability. When the documentation matches the diagnosis at least in my case it worked out. I know this is far from the normal I am just sharing my experience.
The VA eventually awarded me 100% Medical condition "6205" Meniere's Disease. However it's not comforting to me I have to live with the condition for the rest of my life. I would rather be normal and not get the money.
That's my five percent
