PO2 William Allen Crowder - I read what I post!!
Do you? The question is free speech.
But then it is never Trumps fault or his followers it always somebody else. Like the Trump video it wasn't him it was a democratic plant who used voice overlays.

Is there a connection? Everyone says it it free speech I guess to belittle assault and call people names. You are also allowed to pay other people to do your bidding.
But again it's never Trumps fault, always the other guys.

michael, have you made an attempt to look up the laws yourself or are you attempting to incite violence?
Under federal law, a riot is a public disturbance involving AN ACT OF VIOLENCE BY ONE OR MORE PERSONS ASSEMBLED in a group of at least three people. Inciting a riot applies to a person who organizes, encourages, or participates in a riot. It can apply to one who urges or instigates others to riot.
According to 18 USCS § 2102 "to incite a riot", or "TO ORGANIZE, PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE, PARTICIPATE IN, OR CARRY ON A RIOT", includes, but is not limited to, urging or instigating other persons to riot, but shall not be deemed to mean the mere oral or written (1) advocacy of ideas or (2) expression of belief, not involving advocacy of any act or acts of violence or assertion of the rightness of, or the right to commit, any such act or acts.”

PO2 William Allen Crowder - He hasn't been back since I posted the law. I must have hurt his feelings. His silence tells me ignorance is bliss.

The question is was it a trump supporter or not, bischoff even posted the attached article. There are people on the left paying people to disrupt trump rallies. Yes, it's sick, but it's against the law to incite violence and I wouldn't put it past some sick fuck to create agents provocateur to make it appear as the other side is as bad as the opposition paints them.
