Once upon a time this was generally accepted as wisdom. However, when "we" attacked the double standard, instead of elevating the expectations for men we lowered the expectations for women, and men took this as a license for licentiousness. Thus, we are left between a hard rock and that hard place. Bialik is correct in her behavior but wrong in her assumption that victims are to blame for enticing bad behavior. Maybe we have to return to the double standard and try again. This time elevate men's behavior and leave women's standards where they were

“I have decided that my sexual self is best reserved for private situations with those I am most intimate with,” she said. “I dress modestly. I don't act flirtatiously with men as a policy.”

It sounds like she had an opportunity to call out her industries' leadership and luminaries, both men and women, but micro-aggressively attacked other women for their choices of dress.
