Has the California backlash against liberal craziness finally begun?

Conservatives are not endangered in California. They've simply been hibernating while the Democrats have taken over. I believe the problem boils down to this: Conservatives simply aren't all that interested in government while the progressive Left obsesses over it. Thus, elections are the playground of the Left while the conservatives watch from the sidelines with idle curiosity. Only now they're beginning to sit up and take notice (and be alarmed) after the chance to do anything about it has already passed from their hands. The Democrats have imported enough voters (even giving the vote to illegals) to insure their dominance. Will this situation ever turn around? Sure. Once the Democrats have spent the state into bankruptcy and can no longer purchase votes

There is no shortage of liberals in California. Captain Durish brought up some interesting points. People who actually give a damn get out as quickly as possible. What we're left with are career politicians who probably couldn't care less about their constituents.
