Hate Crime Charges Dropped in Richard Collins Murder Trial

Not surprising though . Let me get this straight so the neanderthal is a member of a racist group, displays racist images on his page and the hate crime charge is dropped. Yet when Blacks speak on the injustice in the JUST US system its an exaggeration.... AMERIKKKA

I read some more on other outlets as well. The reason the Judge threw it out is that the prosecutors failed to show actual evidence the murder happened under hate versus just murder. There were no witnesses or evidence other than his facebook group that gave any indication that he went to kill based on race. I kinda see both sides and if I was his parents I would be pissed off. However, he is still up for capital murder charge so I hope that goes through. He did this whether or not it was hate is debatable.
