During the 2016 election the Democrats were surprised by our self-organization on the internet that lead to Brexit and Trump's election. It was my idea to cross the hashtags. I have observed an increased amount of Liberal Trolls. I even had my phone hacked and dox dropped on myself. I would bet money that they are now paying Anonymous Trolls on the internet.

That's not quite what I was talking about. In the case you describe, very technically astute users are gaming the system. Whether they use words well or not doesn't really matter. However, it is a serious issue worthy of another discussion thread. You should initiate it using your experience as a springboard.
