I'm sure another judge will overstep and restrain the order until the new Supreme Court judge is confirmed.

This is a symptom of a larger problem for Team Trump. They are playing small ball with the release of a few Executive Orders here and there and less in terms of a legislative agenda. We all know that in strategic planning you have your overarching campaign plan linked with LOEs and POTUS explained that at every speech along the way to win the Presidency. But, Team Trump's Operational approach just flat out sucks. By bringing out singular EO's like the Travel Ban or legislative action like Health Care, they are allowing the Democrats, Never Trumpers, Elite Republicans, and the MSM time and space to set up and destroy their plans. POTUS needs to develop a strategy that exploits the weakness of the Democrats and the MSM by flooding the zone and presenting multi-dimensional problem sets for the opposition. He did this in the first week of the Presidency but without the Republican Congress. If, POTUS wants to achieve his campaign promises he must rally the Republican Congress to follow his tempo or risk his campaign and legislative agendas to mundane victories and snarky tweets.
