While the Choice program is a step in the right direction, I don't know if it is the full answer. However, I am glad to see that there is improved access for those in areas where the VA has limited presence.

Pay for me to see a civilian doctor with zero strings attached. There were no strings attached when I served. I went where I was told and did what I was told.
