It sounds like HSA didn't uphold its contractual obligations. The moves I had were wrought with damaged goods, lost items, and late deliveries. And don't get me started about working with the military side of things.

Yes. This was a massive "outsourcing" effort involving KBR (surprise, surprise) and has so often been the case, it hasn't delivered as advertised.... literally in this case!
