I think he can deliver on a lot of them. Some are a little outlandish though and aren't practical. Others could drop from outlandish to decent ideas with some reworking of the verbiage to match reality.

Fascinating. We're now supposed to hold politicians to keep their promises? This will be fun to watch.

I don't personally regard what a person running for office says prior to being elected to hold much water. Their goal is to get elected and most take the low road and say whatever gets them the most votes. It's gone on that way since the beginning of voting. Here is my take, he will do maybe 10-15% of what he says, and will discover it is next to impossible to do the rest and try like every other president before him to ignore the pre-election comments.
